Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We have a 21-day exchange policy, which means you have 21 days after receiving your item to request an exchange. 

Refunds

At Beret Publishing, we strive to provide high-quality products. While we do not offer refunds, we are happy to exchange any books that arrive damaged or audio features that do not play correctly. 

To initiate an exchange, please contact us at hello@beretpublishing.com with your request. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted. Please note that returns with the receipt or proof of purchase will need to be sent to the following address within 21 days of receipt: 1041 Grand Ave, #201, St Paul, MN 55105

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your exchange request, and let you know if the exchange was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically shipped a replacement within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your exchange, please contact us at hello@beretpublishing.com.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
